This week’s is a bit more complicated – not so much the animal in question (though a genus would be great!) as what is it doing and what has happened to it?

Is the fly (genus unknown) showing early signs of a fungal infection, possibly Entomophthora muscae?
I base this on the swollen abdomen and outward wing repose!
